Important Update: New Payment Platform Launched
District 196 Staff and Families,

We are writing to inform you of an important change regarding online payments. District 196 is transitioning payment platforms from MyPaymentsPlus to EduTrack Connect, beginning with fall athletics/activities registrations at the high school level. Middle schools and elementary schools will go live in EduTrak Connect on August 1. All payment services will expire in MyPaymentsPlus on July 31.

EduTrack Connect will host these core services:

Athletics/Activities/Fine Arts: Registration/payment for athletics, activities and fine arts, and other school registrations
Online School Store: Public access to spirit wear, services, and fundraisers
Fees: Registration/payment for fees such as field trips, library fines, iPad repairs, etc.

Action Required:
Read through the information on the portal home page
Create parent/guardian accounts and connect students to your account. Instructions for initial account set up are included on the portal home page.
Register for activities/pay for fees when applicable. Instructions for registering for activities and paying fees are included on the portal home page.

Family Support:
There are two options for family support:
Contact the school responsible for the item via email or phone (this is the desired first option)
Email EduTrakSupport@district196.org – This is a district wide support inbox. When emailing this inbox, please provide as much information as possible ie student ID, school, activity/fee, etc. Finance staff will be checking this inbox regularly.
