Dear players and families,
My name is Eric Hall and I am the Director at ETS Southeast Metro. I wanted to introduce myself and extend an invitation to our summer training program exclusively for RHS Girls Volleyball! This will be the 4th summer we have offered training for the girls and I’m extremely excited for it.
Over the past 8 years as a strength & speed development coach, I have slowly narrowed my scope and refined my process when it comes to training the volleyball athlete. I truly believe that this summer, and more specifically the program we have in place, will maximize the physical underpinnings that will allow your athlete to jump higher, hit harder, move more efficiently and expand their bandwidth to handle the stress of a short, yet intense season.

Summer Training Details
Dates: June 9th – August 21st (*No training sessions on July 3rd) Training will occur on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday mornings at either 7:00 or 8:00 AM. Groups will be assigned by Coach Moore at a later date.
Cost: $240 for the entire summer (32 sessions in total)
Location: ETS Southeast Metro – 2645 145th Street W, Rosemount, MN, 55068
Focus Areas: Strength, Power, Injury Prevention, Vertical, Max Velocity, Agility & Energy System Development
